Work Package 2 organises feedback from focus groups and professional stakeholders to ensure the new DISCOVER service is user friendly and accepted in the wider market. It also raises awareness of the project through wider engagement.
Work package objectives for period one (M1-M12)
The objectives during period 1 were to establish digital skills levels and information needs of carers to feed into the requirement specification generated by WP3 and the market assessment generated by WP5; to set down the guidelines for participant engagement in an ethical way and to initiate wider stakeholder engagement.
Work package objectives for period two (M13-M24)
The objectives during period 2 were to test and improve the evaluation tools ensuring that all information is available in 4 languages and to collect feedback from the first pilot cohort through focus groups and questionnaires. A further objective was to engage a wider range of stakeholders to inform the development of business models in WP5. WP2 links closely to WP3 to provide feedback on the platform and to WP4 to ensure feedback is generated correctly.
Work package objectives for period three (M25-M36)
The objectives during period 3 were to manage the impact evaluation through questionnaires and focus groups and analyse the results to provide a baseline and end of project evaluation. A further objective was to engage stakeholders to inform the development of business plans in WP5.
